A Subaru battery is a rechargeable battery that supplies electrical energy to your automobile.It’s also called an SLI battery (abbreviation of starting-lighting-ignition) and its chief objective will be to start the Subaru engine.
Electricity for the car is provided by the alternator once the engine is operating.
Typically, starting discharges less than three per cent of the battery capacity. SLI batteries are made to discharge a high outburst of current, measured in amperes, and then be immediately recharged.
They are not designed for deep discharge, as well as the lifespan of the Subaru battery can be reduced by a total discharge.
