Description
A Honda battery is a rechargeable battery that supplies electrical energy to your auto.It’s also known as an SLI battery (abbreviation of starting-lighting-ignition) and its main objective would be to start the Honda engine.
Electricity for the auto is provided by the alternator once the engine is operating.
Usually, starting discharges less than three per cent of the battery capacity. SLI batteries are designed to release a high burst of current, measured in amperes, and then be immediately recharged.
They’re not designed for deep discharge, and also a full discharge can reduce the battery’s lifespan.
