Description
A Honda battery is a rechargeable battery that provides electrical energy to your auto.It is also called an SLI battery (abbreviation of starting-lighting-ignition) and its chief objective would be to start the Honda engine.
Once the Honda engine is operating, power for the auto is supplied by the alternator.
Typically, starting discharges less than three per cent of the battery capacity. SLI batteries are made to release a high burst of current, measured in amperes, and then be immediately recharged.
They’re not designed for deep discharge, and the lifespan of the Honda battery can be reduced by a complete discharge.
