A Honda battery is a rechargeable battery that provides electrical energy to your automobile.It’s also called an SLI battery (abbreviation of starting-lighting-ignition) and its chief goal will be to start the Honda engine.
Electricity for the car is provided by the alternator once the engine is operating.
Normally, starting discharges less than three per cent of the battery capacity. SLI batteries are designed to release a high burst of current, measured in amperes, and then be quickly recharged.
They are not designed for deep discharge, and the battery’s lifespan can be reduced by a total discharge.
