Description
The GM fuel system contains gas lines, fuel pump, the gas tank, fuel filter, fuel injectors or carburators and the combustion chamber.GMs run on gasoline, ethanol gas blend, diesel fuel or biodiesel blends.
The fuel system combined with air stores and provides fuel to the cylinders where it is vaporized and burned to produce combustion.
Whenever you press back on your GM’s gas pedal, then you control. The pedal tell the valve air that is how much to let in while the computer controls quantity of gas.
The gas is sucked into the engine cylinders, ingnited from the spark plug, making a clean burn which powers the GM.
Keeping the fuel in the vehicle clean is very important.
Come in to have your GM’s gas filter removed and replaced with a new one that meets with the recommendations of your manufacturer.
