The gas system stores and delivers fuel to the cylinders where it’s vaporized, mixed with air and burned to produce combustion.
Whenever you press down on your Chevy’s gas pedal, you control. The pedal tell the valve air that is just how much to let in while the computer controls amount of fuel.
The gas is sucked into the engine cylinders, ingnited by the spark plug, producing a clean burn which powers the Chevy.
